Is Mshopi free?
Yes. Every feature is free with no watermark and no account. The site is supported by ads on its content pages, never inside your videos.
Who is Mshopi for?
Online sellers and small shops: people selling on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok Shop, Daraz, Shopify and other marketplaces, and anyone who needs a quick product video.
Do I need video editing skills?
No. Add photos, type one line and press Make. The full editor is there if you want to change details.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Mshopi runs in your browser. Photos, background removal and video export all happen on your own device.
How many photos should I use?
Three to eight photos work best. You can add up to 12 photos or short video clips.
What can I write in the prompt?
The product name, price, old price or discount, features, delivery terms (free delivery, cash on delivery), stock (limited, today only), occasion (Eid, 11.11…) and your phone or WhatsApp number, separated by commas.
Can I make videos in Urdu?
Yes. Write in Urdu or Roman Urdu, or choose the video language. Arabic is supported too.
Does the AI voice speak Urdu?
Not yet. The voice-over is available for English videos. Urdu and Arabic videos use on-screen text and music.
How does background removal work?
For photos on a plain background, Mshopi removes it instantly. For other photos, the AI option downloads an open model (about 115–225 MB, once) that runs on your device.
Is the music copyright-free?
Mshopi composes the music on your device for each video, so it is original. You may use it in videos you make with Mshopi, including ads.
Which sizes can I export?
Vertical 9:16, square 1:1, portrait 4:5, landscape 16:9 or any custom size up to 4096 pixels, as MP4 in 720p, 1080p or 4K.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Upload it in the brand kit and it appears in the corner of every video. You can turn this off.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes, in Chrome on Android or Safari 17 and later on iPhone. A computer is faster for AI background removal and long videos.
Does Mshopi post to TikTok, Instagram or WhatsApp for me?
No. Those platforms only accept uploads from their own apps or approved partners. Mshopi saves a correctly sized file for you to post.
Is Mshopi connected to Daraz, Shopify or TikTok Shop?
No. Mshopi is independent and not affiliated with any platform. You upload the files yourself.
Can I use Mshopi for my clients?
Yes. You can make videos for your own shop or for clients, commercially, for free.
Who makes Mshopi?
