Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 October 2026

This policy explains what information Mshopi ("we", "us") collects when you use https://mshopi.com and how it is used. Questions: Njnationalcca@gmail.com.

Your photos, videos and projects

Files you add to Mshopi are processed entirely on your own device. They are not uploaded to our servers. To let you continue later, your projects, imported files, generated music and cut-out images are stored in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). You can delete them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Brand kit

Your shop name, phone number, handle, logo, language and currency are saved only in your browser's local storage and are used to build your videos on your device. We never receive them.

Information we collect

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) for security and to keep the site running. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads on some pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, and can change their choice at any time.

On-device AI and downloads

AI background removal, automatic captions and the AI voice run inside your browser. The first time you use one, your browser downloads the model files from Hugging Face (huggingface.co) and the code library from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net). The video export library is also loaded from jsDelivr. These services see a normal download request from your device. Your photos, audio and text are never sent to them or to us.

Optional Google sign-in

Signing in is optional; Mshopi works fully without an account. If the site offers "Sign in" and you use it, we use Google Firebase Authentication, and Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us so we can show who is signed in. Firebase may set cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. See Firebase's privacy information. You can ask us to delete your sign-in record at any time.

Publishing to YouTube (YouTube API Services)

If direct publishing is enabled and you choose "Connect & Publish to YouTube", Mshopi uses the YouTube API Services. You sign in with Google and grant permission to upload videos to your channel (the youtube.upload scope only). We use it solely to upload the video and details you choose. The access token stays in your browser's memory for that session and is never stored or sent to our servers. By using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke access on your Google Account permissions page.

Publishing to Facebook Pages

If direct publishing is enabled and you choose "Connect & Publish to Facebook", you log in with Facebook and grant the pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_posts permissions so we can list the Pages you manage and post your video to the Page you pick. Tokens stay in your browser's memory for that session and are never stored on our servers. You can remove access in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

Data deletion

We do not store your photos, videos, brand kit or any data from your Google or Facebook accounts on our servers, so there is nothing for us to delete there. To remove local data, clear this site's data in your browser. To remove access, revoke it in your Google Account or Facebook settings. You can also email Njnationalcca@gmail.com and we will confirm within 7 days.

Microphone

If you record a voice-over, your browser asks for microphone access. The recording stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools beyond the advertising cookies described above.

Children

Mshopi is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Email Njnationalcca@gmail.com for any request.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, with the date above updated.
