Product page videos

• Match your product images. If your store uses square photos, make the video Square 1:1; for portrait photos use Portrait 4:5. The gallery looks consistent.
• Keep it calm and clean. Clean minimal or Luxury look professional on a product page. Turn off sound effects; many stores play videos muted.
• Leave prices out of product-page videos so you can change prices without re-making the video.

Ad and social videos

For ads and social posts, make a second version with the price, discount and a "Shop now" end card. In the brand kit, put your website address in the handle field and it appears on the end card.

Uploading

Export an MP4 with the Marketplace listing (square) or YouTube (16:9) preset, or any custom size. Most store builders let you add videos to product media; check your platform's help pages for size limits.

Fast pages matter

Large videos can slow down product pages. 720p or 1080p is plenty for a product gallery. Keep videos short (10–20 seconds) so they load quickly on mobile data.
