Who we are
Mshopi (mshopi.com) is a deals and product-recommendation website. We curate products from retailers such as Amazon and AliExpress and link out to them; we do not sell anything directly. The site is operated by Muhammad Naeem. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can reach us at njnationalcca@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
- Newsletter signup (email address)
- Account registration (username, email)
- Cookies and analytics data, collected with your consent
- Browser push notification subscription, if you opt in (via OneSignal)
How we use your data
- To reply to messages you send through the contact form
- To send the newsletter you signed up for, including deal alerts and price drops
- To create and manage your account, if you register on the site
- To understand how visitors use Mshopi, so we can improve content, navigation, and page speed
- To show ads that are more relevant to you, once you have given consent
- To send optional push notifications about new deals, only if you subscribe to them
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we only share it with the service providers listed below, each for the specific purpose described.
Cookies
Mshopi uses cookies for analytics and, where you have agreed to it, for personalized advertising. Third-party services

- MailPoet – processes the email address you submit so we can send our newsletter
- OneSignal – stores a device identifier if you opt in to browser push notifications
- Affiliate networks, including Amazon Associates and AliExpress Affiliate – may set a tracking cookie when you click an outbound product link, so the retailer can credit the referral to us
Affiliate links
Many of the product links on Mshopi are affiliate links. If you click one and go on to make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking these links can set a cookie from the retailer or affiliate network, separate from anything set directly by Mshopi. This helps the retailer credit the sale to us, but it does not change the price you pay.
Your rights

- Ask us to delete your data
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything already processed
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Data retention
We keep contact form messages and account data for as long as needed to handle your request or keep your account active, then delete or anonymize it. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Children’s privacy
Mshopi is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the most recent version.
